Understand the usage scenario. Map user mental models around AI. E.g. Users are not adopting the new AI feature on our product.

Obstacles
Identify friction points in the user journey. What do users trust? What scares them? E.g. Slow generation of AI responses from the chat bot.

Resolution
Define fixes by validating with actual users. E.g. Test the response generation with users with different AI models and find the reliable one among them.

Review the results after turning the insights into features. E.g. Average response time reduced by 20% with the new AI model used on chat bot.
